Dears,
An uncle of mine has a nickname that nobody knows what mean. It is not portuguese neither spanish. All the family assume it must be a Polish word, because his parents and grandparents (all born in Poland) called him by that nickname. Since I cannot reproduce the phonetic symbols I opted to submit you a .wav file so that you can listen to how it is pronounced. It starts sounding like ´chew´ in English, followed by a sound that is closer to your Polish ´n´ with a diacritcal (nasal sound).Obviously, it is possible my spelling doesn´t correspond 100% to the original spelling, so anything closer to that sound will be ok.
Let me know what you think it may be.
Thank you.
