1st Company Telegraph 1938/39 out of Braslav, Opsa and Vidzy. All these men apart from my father Bronislaw Umbras are believed to have died on 14.09.1939 probably somewhere near Stablawki (now Dolgorukovo, Kaliningrad) as Bronislaw was taken to Stalag 1A Stablack when he regained consciousness in a mass grave pit.
