Dear Researchers,

In the process of researchings my Polish ancestors, I found that the easiest way, if any research in Polish records is easy, was to gather the information about each surname and then use that to sort out the families. That made it easier for me to determine which were my ancestor families and which were not.

That left a great amount of research that was no use to me. But what to do with it? It could not just destroy it! It represented about 10 years of work, no simple task for someone who is total illiterate in Polish and Russian! So, I gathered them all into family groups in Microsoft Excel and published them in these CDs. It is my hope that this will facilitate research for others researching in the same areas.

I started to number them as a guide from one generation to another, but my failing eyesight prevented me from completing that task. Those families with “X” in place of a number are those that will be found as children in another family.

If you find your ancestors there, I would be happy to hear from you, especially if you find we are related.

Good hunting!
