Wow! What a neat thing to do! Thanks so much for any help you can give me.
This is a copy of my great-grandfather’s birth certificate. I can translate some of it, for instance I can make out his name Joannes, his father’s name Laurentius Zabawa, his mother was Helena maiden name Bylinowski. I’m not sure about the rest. Does it say Helena was daughter of Jacob? And I cannot make out the rest the words under “Mater”. And I am not sure of the names under “Patrini”.

I would like the dates translated also, so I can be sure of them.
