I would be ever so grateful if someone could interpret this document. I believe it is some kind of work record. I’ve established the name, place and date of birth. I believe it says he is a laborer. I can’t seem to find appropriate translations for the rest of it and I cannot read the handwritten entries. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
