Here are two more pictures from Lipnica that might help us with the headings. They are from the same church, but are records from 1876 and 1882. I’m sorry that the image is a little unfocused, but the third entry down in the close up document is Adalbertus Wojnarowicz and Anna Hajduk’s daughter Julianna. It appears that the columns are of slightly different widths than the 1833 document, but perhaps the headings were the same. What does Patrini mean?
