As you so graciously requested, I am attaching a picture of the document for Maria Zuchowicz’s baptism. This is a picture of the document, so if you need me to scan the document instead, please let me know.
While I need help with most names listed in Maria’s record, it is the names for the mother and her mother that have been so confusing and I am wondering whether the “Co” transcribed as “Cotoch” by LDS is actually “Co” or a “W.”
