Subject: Assistance with interpretation of 1886 baptismal certificate from Kroscienko

Tadeusz,

I made a request out on the Genealogy.com Polish Gen Forum for some assistance with translating a baptismal document of my grandfather’s. He was born in 1886 in Iskrzynia and the certificate says it was from Kroscienko. I do not know Polish and am also having some difficulty trying to interpret the handwriting (I believe if I knew Polish it would be easier for me to interpret some of the handwriting).

Gilberto Magroski sent a response to my request saying that if I provided the scans of the document you might be able to post it to the forum and assist me with getting an interpretation.

The document is longer than my scanner so I had to scan it twice to get the entire document.
I greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide.
